The staff where young inexperienced, I brought my family there, breakfast was horrible and the coffee was old reheated coffee. The bar tender is the owner Marco but you only see him in the evening, this hotel could be a lot nicer, not recommended for family’s. the location was good san blas. The service was fantastic! All of the people who work there are friendly and accommodating. The internet in the rooms is not good enough to get emails, so we spent a lot of time in the breakfast room which overlooks the city. It took us a while to realize that you need to ask them to turn on the hot water tank if you want a hot shower. They were more than happy to turn it on and let you know when it was ready. It's in a pedestrian area and has no taxi access. Our room was large but didn't look like the picture. Shower had an electric water heater at the shower head and the water was luke warm. View was nice and staff friendly. Breakfast very basic, served in a freezing cold room above the hotel. Overall: basic accommodation that should have cost half what it did. La ubicación también es muy buena en el barrio de San Blas, una zona turística con excelentes vistas de la ciudad y con una arquitectura muy interesante.
