The internal courtyard and the panoramic terrace on the 4th floor are shared spaces available to guests. \- The Ausangate 401 apartment offers an open-plan space with a small, well-equipped kitchen and a panoramic living room, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms with premium mattresses. \- In the panoramic living room, you can relax on our sofas while enjoying a truly special view! Furnished with a sofa, armchair, and smart TV. \- The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a four-burner stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and various utensils. No oven. Furnished with a bar table for three (no traditional table). \- There are two bedrooms, one double (135 x 190 cm) and one single, furnished with spacious closets. The bed linens provided are 100% cotton.
