Curry Rivel Vacation Packages

Overall very good, nice location if your traveling further south as it just off the main A303, plenty of parking, nice room clean and well presented, with all the normal tea, coffee and TV, quiet location and an Indian restaurant next door if you want to eat. On the down side room was let down by the rusty towel rail in the bathroom, which needs replacing badly as it's unusable and dust and hair on the bathroom window sill. Would I stay here again, most certainly, just not in room 1 purely because of the bathroom.

Breakfast was great, so I’ll start with the positives! Unfortunately that’s where the highlights end. It’s a cheap-ish hotel so I wasn’t expecting any kind of five star experience, but it is very run down and shabby throughout. I arrived late after an event in Birmingham, bar area was already closed at 10.30pm so zero food or drinks available, not even a vending machine. The receptionist was kind enough, and suggested using Just Eat but after realising it was a £10 delivery fee I ruled that out pretty quickly! Popped back to reception after checking into my room to find it in darkness and not a soul around. One decaf teabag in my room had to do! Bathroom smelled mouldy and was badly in need of renovation, bed was lumpy and the room was pretty chilly. I won’t be rushing back.

The hotel has good food and is located somewhat outside of the busier Cotswold villages. The room had good amenities and plenty of space.

A nice welcome from friendly staff, good food and drink, well placed for the town amenities, an enjoyable weekend.

Room was clean but very cold unfortunately the duvet was thin also ,the hot water took a while to run hot,The breakfast was cold the toast just snapped as it was cold the sausage was hot and tasty, staff were very pleasant but when I left no one was at reception desk ,parking was easy right outside the front door ,I would not rush back unfortunately .
