"The house is well equipped for a family stay. Lots of beach chair and toys, games in the living room and the beach super close. We didnt have internet while we were there because of a lightening strike that fried the modem the wk before but honestly we didnt even need it. Phil dropped off a jet pack for us but we didn't even use the tvs."

"Perfect stay at this lovely house in Carova Beach. We loved the deck safely providing a place for our golden doodle to play, kitchen with most everything needed to make delicious meals, comfy furniture and beds, nice deck overlooking the ocean and beautiful sunrises, horses in the yard, and our first experience watching baby sea turtles heading to the ocean. What a beautiful time we have had in a beautiful house. Thank you!!!"

"Check-in was super easy. We came a little early and had the opportunity to meet the home owner. It was super clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and we would certainly come back."
"This house was everything I hoped for. It was so well thought out, small, but charming and completely appointed with everything you need. Clean, cute, comfortable. And the host is so quick to respond anytime we had a question. We definitely want to return. We were there 4 days and did not even get to do all of the things we would like to. The horses came by almost every day. I would recommend this Cozy cottage off the beaten path anytime to anyone."

"Sound Decision was truly the PERFECT stay! Rick and Cassie are amazing, communicative, super fast and responsive hosts!This fresh, new home was perfect for our group. It was spotless and beautifully decorated! Rick and Cassie thought of each and every detail.The location was great for kayaking on the canal, roasting marshmallows by the firepit, relaxing on anybof the 3 porches, a short walk to the beach and a short ride to Corolla. We were greeted by the wild horses upon our arrival and nearly once a day throughouy our stay.If you want the ability to unplug and relax with the ability to easily access town, this is your place! *****"

"Excellent remote location! We rented a 4 wheel drive Expedition and my daughter drove an AWD Terrain across the beach to get to the house. The house is awesome and you'll see wild horses everyday. The closest grocery store is the food lion in town so plan accordingly. The owners have the house stocked very well but book this house and enjoy the privacy and driving one minute to the ocean."
