![Currie Kirk. The original Currie was a small village straddling the Water of Leith, to the south of the modern suburb. The 18th century church is a rather lovely building, well seen from the Water of Leith walkway. They were serving teas on the day of my visit too. ![Currie Kirk in Winter Nestling at the foot of the Pentland Hills, this is one of the oldest Reformation churches in Scotland still in regular use.
