Huge outside yard to sit, eat, listen to music, watch the fire, etc. I had a challenge managing the heater, a set of instructions would had helped and/or I could had asked. The host was terrific. This was a very enjoyable stay with no complaints from me. We'll be back. Kitchen has all the basics, however the skillets were not usable as the Teflon was flaking off or completely off and were not flat bottomed for use on the stove top (the only negative).
