Best hotel in Curitiba.
Best hotel in Curitiba. Clean, comfortable bed, great water pressure, and friendly staff. The morning breakfast is excellent too.

When I arrived, I was not given the option of where to park my cap. The hotel hires a 3rd party company to park the guests vehicles. It costs about 7 to 8 dollars a day. When I checked out on Saturday, I stopped for gas before driving home and noticed my car with scratched on the front and rear bumpers. These were not there before. I Went back to the hotel and tried to speak with a manager - being a Saturday the manager on duty was the restaurant Chef. I did not have much luck with him and he said to call back on Monday during regular hours. I called back Monday and the manager gave me excuses about manager on duty availability until finally after a week of calling and waiting, they were able to review the parking garage videos and confirm what happened. Then I was given the number of a 3rd party adjuster to call and arrange for the repairs. I had to get 3 separate estimates and submit to them before they approve repairs. Their management showed no interest in resolve the issue. I had to call them back and back again. I was promised that the manager would call me multiple times, but I was the one always calling them to resolve this issue. For the price of the room AND on top of that the paid parking, the hassle and inconvenience was not worth it! They have finally settle and now I am without my car for 5 days while it gets repaired - this is totally unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Very disappointed in their service. I will not stay in this hotel ever again

Overall a good stay. Good breakfast, a beautiful park right outside. The staff is friendly. The room is comfortable but it is starting to feel outdated. I noticed the wallpaper starting to peel off. Cozy bed, comfortable.

The property itself is good, but in some areas and even the rooms, it already shows signs of wear and tear. this hotel is much more of a corporate service than a tourist profile, and it definitely cannot be considered a four star hotel. however, it should be noted, the quality of service, where all employees, from the reception to the maid make an immense effort to perhaps compensate for these flaws. All, without exception, were very helpful, courteous and polite.

Good hotel, not so good location for sightseeing
The staff and hotel were fabulous. I ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel each day. The breakfast buffet was fresh, large, and so good. The dinner options were limited but the food was fresh and filling. I've never had hotel food that was so good! My view was of another apartment building so that was disappointing. I did receive an upgraded room due to my status with Radisson, and two bottles of water daily. The hotel location is not close to any tourist destinations and is a 30 minute taxi ride to/from the airport.

This is a good option in Curitiba. The city lacks good hotels and the Radisson is a great option that balances price x quality. The rooms look renovated with wooden floor which is great for those with allergies. They need to renew cable TV service which is old. But all and all, we recommend the hotel!

Very thin walls, Noisy rooms - Comfortable bed
I was really annoyed by the noise in the hallway during the day. Paper thin walls and the noise of slamming doors was terrible during the day, not to mention any conversation in the hallway would sound as if the people were in the room with us. The bed was comfortable for Brazilian standards.

Top choice Hotel
