You get what you pay for. Basic amenities don't expect anything fancy. Property in need of deep cleaning. Not just a sweep or a mop, more of a power wash. I must admit seeing the dirt in corners freaked me out. I believe with a little more attention the property could be better. Staff was very friendly and helpful Location: Once you have a car everything is nearby.

Je krijgt waarvoor je betaald. Wij zaten in een appartement voor 2 personen met klein terras. Helaas uitzicht meer struiken dan zee.. maar terras is ruim genoeg om te zitten. Apt was ook goed schoongemaakt. Alles is heel basic, maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt, ook heeft het keukentje voldoende voorzieningen. Ligging is goed. Wel echt een auto nodig, niks is op loopafstand. Veel contact gehad met Adrienne, zij is echt fantastisch. Heeft op het laatste moment auto geregeld voor ons en brengt toiletpapier en handdoeken toen schoonmaak niet geweest was. Service!! Reageert snel en is ontzettend vriendelijk. Dank daarvoor!

The location is interesting, close to Otrabanda which has a lot of amenities. The setting is beautiful and a nice large pool. However, the room had no amenities, not a cup, not spoons or even soap. Even so, with some tweaks, this place can really be a jewel.

This property was local; making it convenient to get into the city and to various beaches. We had a comfortable stay and reception was always available to answer questions. The only downfall was that there were ants in our space which the cleaners gave us insect repellent for which helped. The facility overall was very nice and clean. It is a gated community which made us feel safe. There was parking for our car on premise. We had a balcony with the view of the pool and ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

entrance gates are old and prison like. Fences for the property have barbed wire on top. Rooms are dark, dirty and uninviting. Office staff are pleasant however their managers are rude and dismissive. Might possibly be the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a manager when having several complaints and in return being yelled at and threatened/intimidated by a manager via telephone 2 days later and refusing to meet with us in person to discuss concerns. These apartments are misleading and ratings are from 2014 and 2016. Did not feel safe in the area and ended up not staying when looking at apartment. Definitely would not have been comfortable walking in the neighborhood. AC did not work and bathrooms were filthy. Lastly, we had the locks changed on our rooms when we told them we were not staying however a decision was still pending on refund so keys were not turned in even though room was paid for and we were waiting for decision from management regarding refund.

We just loved our stay! From the beautiful swimming pool to the location with quick access to the sites in Willemstad, you’ll enjoy your stay here. Bonus: having a kitchen was a real money saver for us since eating out can be pricey.

Ok if travelling on budget
The apartments are big and the bed is good. A/C works and the bed is comfy. Location is 30 minutes walk from town but that’s a nice stroll, we didn’t feel unsafe at all. Saying that, the first week we got cleaned sheets every 2-3 days. For some reason this didn’t happen the second week. The pool is all right a nice thing to have.

It was a very pleasant stay, the room was nice and clean, a very good size room for what you pay, we didn't manage to go in the pool because it was very full during the day, very friendly staff. the only downside is that the water heater wasn't working in our room, but for the rest it was a enjoyable stay

Do not stay at this place!! Roaches too!!
This hotel is the worse. They ration toilet paper. You have to beg for toilet paper daily. Housekeeping is supposed to be daily but while there for 6 days they did not clean for two days. I had to beg for towels daily which were very cheap quality. Dont expect to find a kitchen with all the equipment you need. The pots and pans are scratched and disgusting. There is no toaster or microwave. Dont expect to get pool or beach towels either. There is only AC in the bedroom so the sitting and kitchen area gets hot. The pillows are very cheap and uncomfortable. We had to ask for a comforter and it was the oldest comforter ever...should have been thrown out. One day at 4:00pm after coming in from a day of diving, I asked for towels and the very rude owner said I had to wait for the maids to clean the room. I could not believe her. At 5pm they came to the room, handed over two disgusting old towels picked up garbage and left without cleaning the room because it was now too late and past their time to leave. We rented the seaview room but not worth the extra money as the seating area in the sitting room faces in the opposite ditection and is lower than the level of the window. The room is also run down and a baby roach ran across the bathroom floor the first night. I told the receptionist on the third day when begging once again for toilet paper and she said why I did not tell her she would have lent me cockroach spray. They lost 30 new divers for next year April and every other year

Great location!
Hotels.com check-in says 2pm but hotel asks for guests to come between 8am-12pm. But they have a great system for accepting guests who show up after the office staff have left. The view is great, the pool is lovely, the rooms are simple, clean and have a lovely view of the water. While the neighborhood isn't one you'd spend much time walking around it (it's residential and the road is being worked on), the hotel is incredibly convenient for heading downtown or to a more secluded beach west of Willemstad.

Nice and spacious apartment. With swimming pool. No beach, but they include free entrance for 5 persons for a private beach. Very safe with a supermarket close by.

Ill-maintained and far from everything.
This property site between a cemetery and an abandoned lot, and there was a LOT of road construction around so the property was difficult to find and not impressive when I finally found it. The lady in reception was friendly and efficient. When I arrived to the room I had to fix several things. First there was no telephone in room and my cell had no service, so I had no way to call the number they gave me for assistance. Door knobs were so loose they were about to fall off, the breaker for the instant hot water to the shower was turned off, the room safe was not reset so I was unable to use it, the hot plate did not seem to be functioning, ect. After 45 mins of tightening screws with the wine tool, downloading a manual for the hot plate and safe, and locating the circuit for the hot water- the room was in livable condition. I am pretty clever and handy around the house or this could have been a nightmare visit. All furnishings were IKEA and most was were in good condition- except the chair was missing a pad, so it was unusable for more than a quick squat to put on shoes. The TV and satellite were in good, functional condition. For the price, I can't complain much, but if you have a little more in the budget look for something closer to the activities you enjoy as this was far from everything.

No Hot Water
not happy at all I reported that the portable hot water heater was not working and was told the sooner they cold get someone out to check was on Monday the day I was checking out, so I had to bath in cold water , I have right arm muscle aches that alleviate with hit and cold water tretament, well no hot water here not even to shave.

Sea jazz stay 2015 curacoa
I have stayed for the seajazz festival. hotel location 13 min walk , very clean room, very friendly staff that accomodate us on every single need/questions we had. I love this stay.

Not close to any beach must drive in order to get to the closest beach, and it is right next to a cemetery, wish I had known this before I would not have stayed there.
