Air conditioning was quiet. Very well situated near highways but not too close to hear the noise. Quiet surrounding. »

« Convenient location very near Santana Row. The back yard patio and arbor was a terrific place to relax. M&M were very responsive to our queries and made sure we had everything we needed. Street is a little busy, but we didn't seem to have trouble getting in and out. The light switches were kind of high tech and took some getting used to.
