NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. Pool experience was bad. Everything else good.

All good, except pool area. The heat wasn’t on I went back and forth with the property for two days before they decided to turn the heat on. Heat wasn’t turned in until Satat 4pm. Couldn’t use the pool.

This property is not as shown in the photos. It is VERY run down, and needs repair of most common items such as windows, door locks, and especially the amenities promoted. The management company was not very responsive and informed us that one of the hot tubs was not working only days before our trip. The house was very dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The only nice thing of this property is the view but many other houses in this area offer the same for lower costs. Its clear the owners and the management company do not care about this property.

Poorly maintained and Railey Management company unresponsive

There were many things wrong with this property that could very easily be repaired. They include: The lock on most inside doors do not work. This includes the bathrooms and bedrooms. The toilet in one bathroom ran constantly. We had to shut off the water so people could sleep. It just needs the flipper to be replaced. It would cost $10 and take 5 minutes to fix. The sliding glass door to the screened in porch did not open. Rechargeable emergency flashlight did not work. The toilet in the pool house did not work properly. The management company had put a sign on it saying to adjust the handle. My son fixed the problem in 2 minutes. We stayed over Christmas week. The day before we arrived they said the sauna did not work and they would credit us $350 for the inconvenience. It is now 3+ weeks since we left and I have called them 5 times because we have not gotten the credit. I have left several voice mails and was told that someone would call me back. They even checked their notes and said he credit had been approved on 12/20/20. They have been non-responsive. I will look to rent from another company next time.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, the property was very nice. It was convenient being right on the lake and the boat dock was very close. We had a couple of issues that were quickly remedied with a phone call (no key to pool house, dead battery to pool house alarm). The house was clean and there was adequate room for all 17 members of our party. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals (appliances, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, storage containers). There were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The sauna did not work. The cover to one of the hot tubs was completely falling apart and left floating pieces of foam in the water. It was nearly impossible to place the cover on the hot tub. We did not use that hot tub as the second one was fine. One of the two dishwashers had a bottom drawer that would slide off the tracks and crash to the floor. The door did not latch properly as well. The most inconvenient maintenance issue was with the sliding doors. The house has several wooden, double sliding doors which is nice for the views, but they are very heavy and most do not slide without considerable effort. Some we avoided all together. We went through the house and around the deck to get to the screened porch.

Great, BUT needs repairs.

Has everything you would want - space, appliances, supplies, pool, hot tubs, etc. etc. BUT there were a lot of little repairs that have been ignored that make it a bit frustrating to operate in this this house. (And carpets needs cleaning.)
