One of the best Holiday Inn Express’ we have stayed in! Could smell the clean when you walked in and the front desk was super pleasant and so sweet. Room was very clean, comfy bed as always here. Highly recommend!

Great stay
Really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express La Vale MD. Hotel appears to be pretty new based on the condition of all the facilities. Breakfast was the best we’ve seen by far. Pool and hot tub area excellent. Room was nice, comfortable and spacious. Only negative was room being near breakfast area, lobby, ice machine and a large meeting - so there was some noise on occasion. Next time we stay there -and we will- we’ll ask for another location.

Stayed 1 night. Its pet friendly which is a plus, i had my emotiinal support dog with me.. room was spacious..only drawback is that the fridge had no freezer section and my ice cream i bought with me melted.. gym, hot tub and pool was great.. breakfast was good.. would recommened.

Great place to stay and very convenient from Frostburg State University. The only negative I can give is consider offering beef or Turkey-based options for breakfast instead of all pork products. My family is Muslim and the options were very limited. Thank you!!

It took 40 mins to check me in. Gave a room that smelt like mildew and smoke and I got sick because of my allergies then gave us another room that smelt like mildew also. I’m now blown out upper respiratory infection

Reoccurring guest not returning
We were suppose to have a bigger room /suite and did not find out until we got there because of our dogs we would be downgraded to a smaller room. We usually have an extra bed but our boys had to sleep on a very small uncomfortable pull out couch. We have stayed at this location many times so to find out after we got there we would be crammed into one room instead of given another adjoining room to compensate was very uncomfortable and we will probably not be returning and finding a different hotel the next time we visit.

Location was good. Plenty of restaurants near by. Ample parking. Easy check in. Very clean room w nice amenities. Comfortable bed. Hot breakfast was fantastic! Best hot breakfast we have had ever! Huge selection and variety…well maintained and kept full. Superb experience

the soaps were amazing. i have never stayed in a hotel with a couch like this one. the only complaint i have was the water pressure was low. everything was great other than that.

Very nice and clean hotel. Bed covers are noise. It would be very nice if you publish issues like pool not heating and jacuzzi broken. Staff did great at explaining situation and were very friendly.

Pretty good
It’s actually a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay. The breakfast is good, the staff are all friendly, the beds slept well.. it’s pretty close to everything… food and places to eat.. 68, the mall and shops. I can’t see staying any place else.
