"I reserved this cottage for a one-night stay after visiting with friends and before flying home to Colorado. It is exactly as described on VRBO and is a perfect retreat. It's very well finished, located on the water, surrounded by green grass, trees, and many birds, and it is very tranquil. It is also very well located. It was perfect! "Cottage was very nice. The canadian geese were in the yard each day leaving droppings (not owner's fault) which made it hard to enjoy back yard. Beautiful view of part of the marina. Good location. nice neighbor. Clean inside but did find sign of mice. again not fault of owner. Overall was a nice stay."
