The picture doesn't do this justice. Cullman, Alabama is home to one of the largest waterfalls in the state. Larkwood Falls is located in the Larkwood subdivision, a neighborhood built near Lake Catoma in Cullman. The waterfall is the natural spill-over from the lake and is active year round. The falls are well-hidden, but well-worth finding for the waterfall lover. Maybe it was the time of year we stayed, but I expected a lot of traffic from Marina customers and there was very little and everything was peaceful with lots of privacy. There's next to no noise at night. And the yard the pics show was big enough for us to go out and throw a frisbee around and play other games.
