It was just a friend and me staying, but it would be perfect for a family - lots of space. AC is only in the bedrooms, but the house stayed cool and breezy thanks to the ceiling fans and windows. No dishwasher or washer/dryer, so plan ahead. There’s a grocery store right around the corner and an amazing restaurant, Nina’s, about a five-minute walk away. We ate there twice—the food is incredible, and the mother-and-son owners are so welcoming. Best food on the island, in our opinion. Please note the home is in a residential neighborhood. The neighbors were very welcoming and friendly. Roosters do start crowing early in the morning, which is part of island life—we enjoyed the experience, but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
