Inside, you’ll find breezy open-plan living filled with natural light, where a glass sliding door opens up to let the sea breeze flow through, instantly putting you in holiday mode. Curl up by the crackling indoor fireplace on cooler evenings, or unwind with a good book and a glass of wine as the coastal air drifts in, with a kitchen that is fully equipped for effortless holiday cooking, and the indoor and outdoor dining areas make every meal a moment to savour.  
  
Step out the back and discover something special — a separate retro retreat with its own kitchenette and bathroom. Whether it’s a quiet hideaway for grandparents, a cool space for teens, or just your own private escape, this bonus zone brings added space and versatility to your stay.

\- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.  
\- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.  
\- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.  
\- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and an uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.  
\- Fencing: The property is fully fenced.  
\- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).  
\- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.  
\- For our pet-friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
