There is also a great cafe, Fishwicks, just a couple of minutes walk away. Majority of the house was clean, with adequate towels/linen/pantry basics but some stains on the couch from previous guests was not pleasant. The neighbours on one side were incredibly loud until 2-3am both nights of our stay and the neighbour on the other side spent about 2 hours leaf blowing next to the window the other night. A good selection of local places for a bight to eat and a supermarket. Out the back gate for a short walk to the beach. Need to spend longer next time. I think it has failed to mention that the only access to the rear of the property is through the bedrooms which is disruptive and evasive. Sunbaker was super comfortable, beautifully clean, very thoughtfully appointed with entertainment for all ages (card/board games, cricket, boogie boards). Lovely big fenced backyard for our dog to run around in, a short walk to beautiful dog friendly beach which we all enjoyed immensely. The cottage is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Beds are comfortable. Being a cottage, the interior living space is on the smaller side, but the big pergola and deck/veranda at the back of the property make up for that. ##### Bernadette B. We had four adults staying in early January - the location of Sunbaker is excellent, as it's a very short stroll to the beach. Shops are just down the road (hint: the Woolworths supermarket is on the street BEHIND the line of shops you see as you drive into Culburra Beach). The house itself isn't huge, but if you're there to chill on the beach or do sight-seeing in the local area, it's not a problem. The outdoor patio area is very enjoyable, while the backyard provided plenty of playing space for our dog. There're fans in every bedroom, plus a split-system aircon unit in the lounge/kitchen area. Sunbaker does exactly as it's advertised - a family-friendly, and dog-friendly seaside house. ##### Edwin F.
