Just a 60 second stroll to the golden sands of Culburra beach. This clean, simple and modern style 2-bedroom air-conditioned cottage will ensure your comfort, providing a calming sensation, listening to the sound of the waves whilst sleeping or relaxing at home. A large, spacious verandah extending the width of the house awaits you at the back. You have the extra room for that perfect outdoor living with spectacular sunsets as a backdrop. A great family holiday, romantic getaway or flexcation. Please note that we can supply linen for an extra charge of $25 per person. The house has been set up as our own personal family holiday home. It is always fully appointed in every area and ready for you to move in and enjoy your getaway. The garage is not accessible/ not for use by guests. Ample Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Other things to note: Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. The house is exactly as described and has a great vibe. It is super clean and beautifully presented. The lounge and master bedroom are wonderfully light filled and the entire house exceeded our expectation. It was lovely to eat dinner on the large deck after a day of exploring. The position of the house is close to the beach and nearby shops for food and coffee and only a short dive to Jervis Bay. Carmen was very helpful and the booking and check in process was seamless. Carmen was a great host, easy to communicate with and armed us with all the right info. It’s comfortable, conveniently located to the beach and a little shop for supplies. The huge block leaves plenty of space for cars and activities, and the kitchen is well stocked. The rooms are great, we loved the king bed with plenty of room for a cot in the corner.
