Sunny, relaxed living zones, leafy decks and an enclosed yard make this an ideal spot for easy beach days, family fun and long afternoons on the deck with a BBQ. Upstairs offers a bright, central kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and a handy revolving pantry, flowing into a cosy lounge and dining area that open to the covered deck with glimpses of the beach. Downstairs provides extra space to spread out: a family room with a corner lounge, flat-screen TV and DVD player, plus a garage games haven stocked with table tennis, boogie boards, fishing gear and other beach toys. Practical extras include a laundry with washing machine and dryer, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, and plenty of off-street parking (room for cars and boats). The layout suits families and groups — three bedrooms (two queens plus bunks) and two bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Pets are welcome, and the fully fenced yard is perfect for dogs to enjoy some safe outdoor space. Important Information: \- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities. \- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. Mattress downstairs very uncomfortable. Upstairs was very hot, fans are ineffective. The "art installation" at the top of the stairs would be potentially dangerous if there were young children. The location is very quite as well. A perfect place for a mini getaway. Checking in was hassle-free and the place was clean. There were some misses here and there. For example, one of the showerheads was a hand-held one. But generally, the place was of great value. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway close to the beach. Our stay there was great. Great location to the beach. We took our doggies as well and the property is very secure for them.
