The whole place is bright and breezy, with coastal tones and open spaces. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space commands a central position, leading off to a separate lounge area with large Smart HD TV and DVD player. There are4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate laundry (with washer and dryer), as well as a study area. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with coffee maker (what's a holiday without your morning coffee?) and breakfast bar. Sealing the deal on the kids front, this property also boasts a large backyard, perfect for cricket, which is also fully fenced. But wait, there's more - the double-garage at the front of the house has been turned into a games room while still providing plenty of room for parking in the driveway. At the rear of the house, there's a lovely covered alfresco lounge and dining setting with BBQ, as well as an uncovered outdoor setting with an umbrella. There's also an outdoor shower to wash off straight from the beach (did we mention the beach is only 200 metres away?). In the bedrooms, the master has a queen bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds. The property is located approximately 200 meters to the main beach, 1.6 kms from Woolworths and a short 650 meters to the local coffee shop and take-away. Culburra Beach is also known for whale watching, placed such that the migration, both north and south, can be observed as they pass by.
