Beautiful resort. Staff are amazing, Wanda at the pool is such a great person and always ready to help. A shout out to Shakira and Elvin at the Infinity restaurant, amazing and caring staff, always making sure guests are comfortable.

We have had another wonderful stay at Princess Heights Luxury Hotel. We were there for 12 days and we love the location. We had the ocean view to wake up to every morning which was amazing and lovely to sit on the patio to wake up slowly.
Very quiet location, attentive staff, good restaurants within driving distance. Dawn Beach is close to walk to but small.
We were lucky to see some monkeys while there also.
We highly recommend this location, however, you do need a car or use a taxi to get around.
The pool was lovely and such a great way to relax at the end of a busy day of sightseeing.

Very good location. Good access to restaurants for dinner and beach bars for lunch. Breakfast was fine.
Rooms are clean. Water is not drinkable and sometimes smells. Property is very strict, only 1 espresso pod per person per night. Only one beach towel and it needs to be exchanged via towel card. Also no outside food or drinks on the beach chairs.
The ocean view rooms, ocean view is marjinal.
