The entire villa is built on one level and can accommodate people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs. Villa BE overlooks the sea and the magnificent "Baie Orientale beach". It offers 250 m2 of living space on a single level, open to the ocean. You'll be seduced by its bohemian chic decor and Zen atmosphere. On était 9, et on ne s'est pas sentis à l'étroit. Un petit bémol pour une des chambres qui n'a qu'une console mais pas de placards pour ranger ses habits. L'accueil est très bien et Valérie est à notre écoute et s'inquiète régulièrement de notre bien-être. A recommander aussi pour sa situation proche des plus belles plages de St Martin. The sunrises and overall view are incredible, and the villa is gorgeous. It is equipped with everything you could possibly want on your stay, and the location of the property is convenient to everything. Just can't say enough about this property. It is a one of a kind. Plenty of space for the kids to play and the blend of outdoor / indoor living area was lovely. Valerie was a wonderful hostess - extremely accommodating and responsive. She was wonderfully patient with my very basic French :) The home was very private and secluded and yet located so close to beaches, restaurants and grocery shopping. With young kids we tend to cook at home in the evenings more often than going out and the kitchen was well appointed. We will absolutely be back! ##### Kim E. Very comfortable, with great outdoor space and nice pool. We stayed in this same gated community a year ago in a house right next door. Very safe area. Great views! Easy acess to both sides of the island. The beds in the house are very comfortable. Kitchen well equped only thing missing was a blender and more coffee cups. Would be nice for English speaking guest if a few of the tv channels were in english (CNN). A house phone for local calls would be helpfull. Otherwise a great house and Valiere is a great host.
