Se você for um forte, não tem problema

Um hotel nos padrões antigos da Cuiabá dos anos 70/80. Com características da época, deixando muito a desejar no aspecto, especialmente pelos ambientes deteriorados e monte de entulho no estacionamento. Além disso, piso, portas, etc, bastante deteriorados com pintura descuidada e manchas de todo tipo. Estacionamento interno, quartos em torno do pátio. Próximo ao aeroporto, o que é ótimo. A cerca de 300m do shopping. O quarto segue o padrão do prédio, com bastante descuido na pintura, aberturas, etc. O banheiro é grande, mas sem box, com chuveiro elétrico. O enxoval é terrivelmente encardido, embora branco na origem. O ar funcionou bem, o que em Cuiabá é fundamental. Café da manhã razoável, com frutas, bolos frios, dois tipos de pão, iogurte e molho de salsicha. Havia uma torradeira à disposição.

Decepcionante, nenhum dos problemas foram sanados.

TV com problemas no som, ar condicionado faltando gaz no compressor com certeza, o telefone não estava funcionando, assim tive que me deslocar dos aposentos para reclamar dos demais problemas.

Barulhento

Não recomendado. O pátio interior é um local aberto e central onde converge a circulação para o acesso às habitações. O local é usado como estacionamento e espaço de reuniões. A falta de educação das pessoas que o frequentam e o barulho produzido pelos seus gritos e risadas se filtra incomodando a quem não participa da celebração. Nenhuma providência foi tomada pelo hotel, liberdade total para buzinar e fazer barulho. O estacionamento do hotel, na noite da minha estadia, foi uma festa em plena pandemia. Péssima experiência. Os funcionários, contudo, foram extremamente cordiais, embora omissos na hora de impor limites. Hoteis.com se equivoca em nomear Los Angeles Aeroporto como um Hotel, na minha experiência, pela noite mal dormida e os contrangimentos de quem tinha de pegar um voo às 3h30 da madrugada, o qualificaria como um bar de amigos

Cansativo e complicado

Demora para fazer o check in, o sistema estava ruim e mesmo mostrando que estava pago e código da reserva, o atendente parecia extremamente desconfiado. Combinaram de levar o café da manhã para mim (Estava incluso) e não levaram, fui continuar minha viagem sem me alimentar. No geral, serviu para o que eu precisava, porém deixou a desejar, principalmente por terem esquecido o café da manhã e ter feito eu me sentir mal no check in.
