A few steps take you directly from the property to the beach in the small bay. The house is simple and not perfect – we are gradually renovating it. But the location is unique on a large property right by the sea. On almost 100 square meters, the house offers space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms (with 2 double beds and 2 single beds) and you can spend sociable evenings in the spacious kitchen-living room with an open fireplace. If you get up early you can watch the sunrise over the sea from the terrace and enjoy your first coffee while listening to the sound of the sea. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable life: a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine, a kitchen with a gas stove, large refrigerator and dishwasher, a living room with a comfortable sofa and open fireplace, a large bedroom two 90 cm single beds (which can be moved together or pushed apart), a smaller bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and a very small bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. On the sea side, the house is surrounded by a loggia with 2 dining areas and there is a large terrace. There is another dining area in the courtyard at the back of the house - depending on the position of the sun and the shade, there is always a pleasant place. To the left of the house there is a small pool (200 x 200 cm, 150 cm deep), which is too small to swim in, but provides wonderful cooling on hot days. After all, you can swim endlessly in the sea, which is 50 meters from the house. The beach directly in front of the house is rocky. The best entry point for swimming is a few meters to the right of the neighboring property. There is a pebble beach about 10 minutes' walk away and there are numerous sandy beaches 5 - 15 minutes away by car, including Playa de los Cocedores, which is perfect with children and also has 2 chiringuitos/beach bars. The house is located on a sloping, terraced site and is surrounded by large, shady eucalyptus trees, cacti, pine trees and aloes. It's a bit overgrown and hasn't seen a gardener for a long time. As soon as the main renovation work on the house is completed, we turn our attention to the outside area. The current condition of the house is that it is wonderful to live in if you don't mind any cosmetic defects. In the spring 2023 we installed a new kitchen, laid new pipes, completely renovated a bedroom, etc. also the outside of the house needed a fresh coat of paint and will need it frequently cause of the rough weathercondition at the sea... we would like to give you the opportunity to use this idyllic place as your holiday home so that we can then invest the income back into the house. ## Property amenities ### Beach - But the location makes up for everything. The owners are incredibly friendly and the communication and check-in went smoothly. The beds were very good. A good night's sleep is important after all! The location and the view from the terrase is simply amazing. The house is old, but it is very well equipped and has everything what you need for a long stay with kids. The pool is small, but very easy for the kids, who have loved it. The owner and the people who take care of the house were very nice and they were always easy to reach. You can access the beach directly from the house and it is a perfect spot for snorkeling. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we de rust van deze plek. Iedere ochtend wakker worden met een uitzicht over de zee dat nooit hetzelfde is, soms rustig en helder, soms krachtig en wild, dat was werkelijk magisch.Het huis zelf is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De keuken is bijzonder goed uitgerust, met alles wat je maar nodig hebt om uitgebreid te koken of gewoon een simpele maaltijd te maken. Overal zijn plekjes om te zitten, zodat je altijd kunt kiezen voor zon of schaduw. Je merkt aan alles dat hier goed over is nagedacht; we hebben niets gemist. Geen tv, wel wifi, precies genoeg om verbonden te blijven, maar ook om echt te kunnen onthaasten.Wat ons verblijf extra prettig maakte, was de fijne communicatie met de eigenaren. Dat verliep soepel, het inchecken was eenvoudig en we voelden ons zeker welkom.We hebben allebei een drukke baan en dankzij Casa Cale Panizo hebben wij de rust kunnen vinden. Het is zo’n huis waar je niet alleen op vakantie bent, maar waar je ook een stukje thuis voelt. Wij komen hier absoluut graag nog eens terug. ##### Marcia d. Die Betten waren stets kalt und klamm. Im Haus gibt es keine fest verbaute Heizung. Ein E- Heizkörper, der beim Anheben auseinanderfällt und 2 Gasheizungen – mit leeren Gasflaschen. Holz für den Kamin ist vorhanden – war aber nass. Fenster und Türen sind verzogen und schließen nicht richtig. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine funktionieren nicht korrekt. Die Toilettenspülung ist defekt, der Abfluss in der Dusche nahezu verstopft. Es riecht unangenehm im Badezimmer. Bei Ankunft war der Boden im Sichtbereich sauber – alles andere verschmutzt. (Alle Oberflächen, Geschirr, Besteck …) Ungeziefer in den Küchenschränken. Alles ist voller Hundehaare. Es gibt keinen gemütlichen Sitzplatz im Haus (Holzbänke und eine wackelige, verfleckte und verbogene Couch).Für 130 Euro Reinigungskosten müsste es dort sauberer sein. Draußen ist alles verdreckt und verrostet. Es wird weder ein Fernseher noch Internet angeboten. Es gibt auch kein Merkblatt mit Angaben wie: Wo findet man eine Mülltonne, wichtige Rufnummern, nächstes Krankenhaus, Tierarzt oder Tierklinik, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch nur die Kontaktdaten der Betreuung. Fazit: Keine Empfehlung das Haus im Winter zu mieten und mit knapp 1.800 Euro für 14 Tage empfinden wir es als eindeutig überbezahlt. ##### Stephan S. Das Haus ist genauso wie es im Inserat beschrieben wird, nur die Lage ist noch besser als beschrieben. 50 Meter die Treppen hinunter und man ist in einer wunderschönen Bucht, in der man das Meer genießen kann(Badeschuhe nicht vergessen). Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. Man kann wunderschöne Ausflüge unternehmen und die Gegend erkunden. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, öffnet man die Türen vom Wohnzimmer aus und schaut direkt auf das Meer. Die Terrasse gewährt einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus war von Innen sauber. Man merkt dem Haus jedoch die Jahre an. Es ist schon recht verwohnt und benötigt so langsam einen frischen Anstrich. Ausgenommen das Bad, das ist recht neu und sehr komfortabel. Es gibt keinen TV. Aber man ist ja nicht zum Fernsehen dort. Der Außenbereich benötigt dringend eine Auffrischung. Leider wirkte der Außenbereich bei unserer Ankunft sehr ungepflegt und völlig unvorbereitet auf Gäste. Es war alles andere als einladend. Das lag jedoch nicht am vorbildlichen Gastgeber, wohl eher an der Agentur, die sich um das Haus kümmern sollte. Blätter, Äste, Unrat Ungezieferreste lagen überall rum. Die Gartenmöbel standen verstaubt im der Ecke. Der Pool dreckig und provisorisch mit einer alten Plane abgedeckt. Es war absolut nicht einladend. Das war schon ein Schock. Zu dem müssen da dringend neue, bequeme Gartenmöbel her. Nach etwas Handarbeit haben wir den Außenbereich und die Möbel sauber gemacht, dann lies es sich dort wunderbar den Urlaub genießen. Trotz der recht ungepflegten Außenanlage können wir das Haus wärmstens Empfehlen. Die Kommunikation zum Gastgeber war freundlich, nett und vorbildlich. Wir danken dir für deine Gastfreundschaft! Es liegt wirklich wunderschön und man kann tagelang einfach nur den Blick von der Terrasse aufs mehr genießen! Also für Ruhesuchende perfekt. Das Haus hat Charme und ist genauso wie es von Richard und Lisa beschrieben wird. Die Kommunikation mit Richard war ebenfalls super. Wir empfehlen es sehr! ##### Natascha P. May 2, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Heerlijk rustige locatie met prachtig uitzicht Stille omgeving daar de 2 buurhuizen niet bewoond waren. Huis was comfortabel met hier en daar wat achterstallig onderhoud. Wel gezellig en knus. Het tuin meubilair was wel beetje aan vervanging toe. Met 2-3 personen prima tafeltje om te eten buiten echter met meerdere mensen te klein. Het uitzicht en de rust zijn heerlijk en zo mooi. Uniek om daar in de ochtend wakker te worden. Aceptan mascotas, que para los que tenemos perro es perfecto. Ricard ha sido muy amable y ha estado muy accesible en todo momento, haciendo muy fácil la estancia. El entorno es alucinante con el mar a un paso, y con muchas calas donde relajarse. La casa es muy bonita, y tiene todo lo necesario. Con el mar tranquilo tras del crepúsculo, vimos en el fondo marino; praderas de poseidonias endémicas, alternando con zonas rocosas donde vimos peces lisa, pez verde, sargo, oblada, etc. En Cala Panizo podrás tomar baños de mar para toda la familia. Encontramos todo lo necesario para disfrutar del mar, en un entorno natural e íntimo.
