La recepción no es permanente, es conveniente llamar por teléfono antes de arribar.

Saludos y gracias por haberse hospedado con nosotros, nuestra recepción tiene un horario de atención, pero también estamos disponibles fuera del horario de atención para cualquier huésped. Ademas tenemos un sistema de auto ingreso a la unidad por medio de caja de seguridad y cámaras de vigilancia. Estamos haciendo todo lo posible para que sea una experiencia eficiente sencillo e inolvidable para nuestros huéspedes.

Not good enough for the price
The location is good. The receptionist was also very kind. We had to pay for the additional guest around 18 dollars. (I had booked one double room but for 1 person). The room offers plates and cups but they were dirty. In addition, the shower did not work correctly (it changed from cold to warm every 2 minutes). For the price we ended up paying for this hotel (almost 50 dollars), I am sure we could' ve found a better hotel in Cuenca.

Thank you for staying with us, we do appreciate it and we are doing everything in are hands to make the best out of our guests experience. We would of loved for you to let us know during your stay, of any inconvenience you were experiencing so we could of taken care of any matter immediately, we take of every situation very seriously and we want all our guests to have the best out of their stay, since we want all our guests to be recurring guests.
