The private 35-foot boat slip offers easy access to the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys and the home comes with kayaks and a paddleboard for guest use. TURTLE COVE VIEWS is located at Venture Out, a residential community with a heated 80-foot pool with large Jacuzzi and Kiddie Pool, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce courts, swimming lagoon, marina and convenience market with fuel on site and two double wide boat ramps, Recreation Center with billiards, darts, and ping pong, post office and a library. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and tool you’ll need to prepare meals from home. This home accommodates up to 6 people in two bedrooms (a King and a Queen) and a queen-sized sleep sofa. You’ll be able to bring your boat to dock on the 35' concrete seawall equipped with dock posts, cleats, fish cleaning table & swim ladder. TURTLE COVE VIEWS is located near open water, so it’s a great place for a swim. There are some wonderful nearby places to explore, from Bahia Honda Beach (voted one of the top 10 beaches in the U.S.) and the American Shoal Lighthouse to snorkeling off Looe Key. For dinner out, consider the Square Grouper, Mangrove Mama’s and Tonio’s Seafood Shack just up the road. Last but not least, TURTLE COVE VIEWS is just a 25-minute drive to either Key West or Marathon, with all their attractions. The house is very nice, exactly as pictured, and the back deck and dock are amazing. Everything we needed for our week was provided and made for a memorable stay. We didn't bring a boat so just sitting and having coffee every morning and night was awesome!! We did see several roaches in the kitchen but even in our own house of Florida we know all about them. The only part was we were getting ready to leave and packing our vehicle we left our four fishing rods right next to our vehicle and they were stolen. They really hurt us because 2 of them were custom and had names on them. Not sure who took them but we were very upset it had my name and my husbands name on each. So even though the back of the truck was loaded with everything and all open for the grabs that is the only thing taken and they were taken from laying on the ground right next to the truck. Very clean and the amenities were great (bicycles, kayaks, etc.) although we traveled so much we didn't get to use. We took the kayaks out a couple of times…that was fun. The house was well equipped if you wanted to prepare meals. Very clean! ##### Christie E. Super clean and great dockage for the boat. Just be careful if you bring a dog you can not walk it on the street, even on a leash. Very good communication with the rental group. This house worked out so great for our week in the keys especially since we towed our boat down with us from MS. Our property manager Laura was so kind and helpful and even left some nice treats, such as Key lime cookies that are amazing, for us to enjoy! This resort area worked out so great and convenient with our boat. Our two 13 year old boys enjoyed the pool area and fishing and swimming right behind the house.! Given the current environment we wanted some place where we can have our “own space“ but also have access to other amenities like a pool. Our guest coordinator, Laura, was amazing and always very responsive! They even came out immediately to help us adjust our hot water heater. Everything was very clean and you can tell are the towels and furniture are very well-maintained and like new! I would definitely recommend this place. Even our 10-month-old Chiweenie absolutely loved it. The second bedroom was a perfect size for two young girls and even though the overall space is a little small it was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for. Exactly as pix showed. Clean. Nadia met us, went thru property with us, checked back in, made sure we had everything we needed. Great view of the bay and sunrise from raised deck outfitted nicely with patio table and chairs. Last Key really set the bar as far as how to rent. Received several correspondence emails and texts in the weeks leading up to our stay as well. ##### allen b.
