« Very helpful staff, amazing rooms, clean facilities, and an extremely delicious breakfast! The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but that's what makes it so charming. New facility, so everything is spotless, clean, and new. The gardens were beautiful, and the free bike rentals were clutch. It was great biking to near by restaurants, and sights. Couldn't have been more pleased with the property overall. Travelers, head into Tam Coc for food. It was amazing! »

« We loved our stay. arrived at the welcome center and soon were on a short boat ride to the resort. Our room had a private hot tub, which staff filled with the hot spring. The salty hot spring was comfortable and great for the skin. Dinner and breakfast were great. The room was very nice, with a bathtub, shower, big TV, and a comfortable bed. We were sad we only had time for one night. »

« This is a beautiful Homestay with well kept gardens and accommodation. The staff are very friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay, this is perfect. The panoramic view bungalow is beautiful, and we also stayed in the smaller deluxe bungalow with it's lovely mountain view. Taxi's are easy to book to get around, and there are bikes to ride. "Hotel bien situé près du lac et du départ en barque ainsi que des restaurants de la ville. Hôtel récent bien entretenu et la piscine est agréable en fin de journée pour se détendre. Cependant, les chaises longues ne sont pas confortable du tout. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Juste un petit souci pour nous mais indépendant de l'hôtel. Nous y avons séjourné un weekend en septembre et il y avait le samedi un groupe de 50 personnes (locaux) environ extrêmement bruyantes surtout dans les couloirs et même à 6h du matin que nous avons tous retrouvé au petit déjeuner...:-)"

"Nous avons séjourné dans cet hébergement 2 nuits et c’était vraiment parfait. Il est situé à une distance accessible à vélo de toutes les attractions touristiques. Des vélos étaient à notre disposition, nous n’avons donc pas eu besoin de payer pour des tours, car tout était à proximité. Le staff est aimable et super serviable. La vue depuis la chambre est juste incroyable. Nous étions au premier étage, mais payer un extra pour être au 2e étage vaut vraiment le coup. Les chambres sont très belles dans leur déco, textures, etc. Tout est travaillé soigneusement. Nous y retournerons c’est certain ! "

"J’adore cet hôtel . Cela fait 3 fois que j’y retourne . Le cadre est calme et parfait . Un paradis sur terre . Le problème ce sont les douches . Aucune ne fonctionne . J’avais pris une villa familiale, la douche dans la chambre parentale ne fonctionnait pas car l’eau débordait instantanément . Ensuite on prenait la douche dans la chambre des enfants, les canalisations sont bouchées . L’eau débordait de partout . C’était l’inondation pendant tout le séjour . Ce problème je l’avais déjà prévenu lors de mon 1er séjour à l’hôtel . Apparemment ils n’ont rien fait . Vu le prix que l’on paie par jour pour la campagne au Vietnam c’est beaucoup (plus de 200 euros par nuit ) . Enfin leur machine carte bleue ne marche pas pour une carte cb français !!! J’adore cet hôtel . Il faudrait qu’ils réparent leur salles de bain !! "
