The hotel is beautiful and the dinning options are great. However, the check in experience was HORRIBLE and the staff at check in was beyond rude. Felt like checking into a 1 star hotel

Very nice, but a bit too expensive.
Overall the hotel was very nice. However: The mini bar was never restocked. There was no option to stream to the tv- the only smart app was YouTube. Almost zero English tv stations. Towels were taken but not replaced. Both side table lamps were dead. Food very overpriced. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Spa was lovely. The staff all over the hotel were wonderful. Access to the mall (nice shops, Starbucks and excellent restaurants) was wonderful. No option to have cocktails or coffee outdoors. If the hotel were slightly less expensive (under $300) it would be exceptional. But for the price it was average. Next time will I stay at the Westin.

Great but not excellent, had to call multiple times to front desk for the complementary wine bottle. room had some defects. Shower pressure was poor. But the room was really nice to sleep, breakfast and dinner was great !

The hotel is small compared to the high end hotels but and you are greeted personally, everyone is super friendly, kind and helpful. I am always scared of earthquakes so I’m not a high rise hotel fan for Mexico City. It’s my second time there and will stay next time I visit the city.
