« Family of 8 with little ones. Absolutely incredible spot the watercolor amenities were five star, the golf cart allowed easy transport all over town and watercolor. Next door to a pool and soccer field kept our kids busy!! Publix was 3 minutes away! We had the best time ever and the house had everything we could ever want or need. We will be back! »

« We had a great few days in Watercolor at this centrally located home. The golf cart and bikes were a nice addition to the rental. We loved getting on the bike trail located just across the street and saw deer in the mornings there. Beautiful home and it fit our needs. We did hear the tennis and pickle ball players in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper who wants to sleep in...this may not be for you, but we didn't mind. »

« We came to Seaside for a wedding, where the ceremony took place at Seaside chapel and the reception at the Lyceum lawn. We picked this spot for the close proximity to the wedding locations and were not disappointed as we were a one to two minute walk away from all the festivities. We also really enjoyed how close the location was to seaside square and made getting to any restaurant very easy. The house itself is wonderful. Very clean with lots of space. The circular staircase is a bit steep but...
