The pool has an attached enclosed patio with table and chairs. There is a floating dock on a deep canal to accommodate your boat. Easy access to the Gulf and Kings Bay. Just minutes from the Archeology Museum, Citrus Avenue Shopping, Restaurants, Kings Bay, Hunter Springs Park, Three Sisters Springs Park., and swimming with the manatees. The local boat ramp is just a mile from the house off West State Park Street at Crystal River Water Sports which sits behind the Days Inn. There are 4 adult Lifetime sit on top kayaks and two kids 5+ Lifetime sit on top Kayaks with paddles and life jackets. Awesome location for swimming with the manatees, fishing, scalloping, and all other activities. Great quiet and calm deep water canal for kayaking and fishing even on WINDY days. Had everything you would need. Very clean and made you feel warm and welcome. My only regret was I should have booked it for at least a week. Next time I will be sure to stay longer. The home was spotless—the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in by far! Very nicely decorated and HUGE! We had our daughter and her 3 kids down for a week and there was still a ton of extra room. Used the grill many times, the kayaks a bunch and the pool extensively! Carl was very responsive and helpful with info about the area. He and his wife suppled the home with everything we might need during our stay and the kitchen was very well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood yet very close to town, parks, restaurants, all the Crystal River attractions. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat! ##### Bill K.
