We went to see the manatees and were NOT disappointed. it's about a 20-25 minute paddle over to the 3 sisters spring where they all hang out. Dropping the kayaks is about a 100 yard walk from the house- easy with the kayak cart. Kitchen had every appliance you could want to cook with inc. a gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, etc. a handful of spices, but if you plan to cook, bring your own cooking spray/butter/oil for the pan. We did bring our dog, who also enjoyed the property- though the yard is not fully fenced to be able to let a pup out unleashed; owners did disclose in advance & this was not a problem for us.Terrazo floors, so I imagine would be easy to clean if there was an accident. Plenty of parking with the boat spot space for a car. Cute neighborhood. Would return if in the area again.
