Like the room we get like the pool are love hanging in the lobby having a couple beers by the fireplace . The employees are all nice good crew housekeeping GM and the front end people are great .

The customer service was outstanding. The desk clerk was very friendly. We only encountered 2 problems: someone tried propping open the side door late at night with a rock. That was sketchy so we closed it. The other one is the noise. You can hear the tubs/showers running in the room next to us and above which wouldn't have been bad if our tv was on, but it was before 7am. Other than that, the room was clean and the hotel is very nice.

When we checked into the hotel there was a group of teenaged boys staying there and our room was next to one of theirs. They were getting rowdy and raising a lot of noise, so we went down to the desk and asked the manager for a room change and she gladly accommodated us. Our new room was very quiet and clean and the breakfast in the morning was hot, plentiful and delicious. This hotel is well maintained and expertly managed, will definitely stay here again.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!
When I arrived it was snowing. I parked in a spot, where it seemed like it was shoveled and I would have no issues getting in and out of the parking spot. When I went to start my car and wanted to leave the premises, I notice I was plowed in. I tried backing my car out of the spot, but got stuck. I went to the front desk and I told the gentleman at the front desk. He asked me why I parked there and he told me where the shovel was because he has no time to shovel me out. I found him to be rude and abnoxious. My room smelled of marijuana. When I had told the front desk, again the gentleman told me it was from the CBD store next door and he couldn't do anything about it. My friend's rooms toilet had urine all over the toilet and again the gentleman had said that the room was inspected before she was given her keycard. And she must have had an accident. Her room also smelled of smoke.
