« This is a great property, and I would have given it 5 stars is the valet situation wasn’t as absurd as it was. The entire front parking lot is reserved for valet only leaving only a few parking spots on the side of the hotel and street parking. During our stay, only 2 or 3 people utilized valet for their stay. Perhaps it was busier when the restaurant was open. Hotel patrons should not have to park down the street. Compass is nice, but it’s not the Ritz - it’s more like an upscale Holiday...

« Nous avons passé une nuit en juillet 2025 au Bask Hotel à Morehead City en famille (2 adultes et 2 ados), et nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour ! Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen était immense, très propre et parfaitement équipée, avec TV, Wi-Fi, machine à café, frigo et un coin cuisine bien pratique. Idéale pour une famille ! Le personnel a été très accueillant et sympathique. Côté services : parking payant, machine à glace, pas de piscine, mais un petit déjeuner inclus,...

« The hotel is under some kind of construction. When we arrived we were informed for that the elevator was broken, the ice machine was broken, we had no hot water in our shower, and the building was in poor condition. What we paid for this stay was robbery. The only reason this hotel kept Our business is because there's nothing else near. Avoid this place if you can. »

« Staff were very helpful and friendly. But the facility is the worst. Our door wouldn't shut without us slamming it. And then we got stuck in our room and had to call for help to get out. It's a death trap, at least our room was. »
