It's hot and the one a/c unit isn't enough, at night we had to open the windows to cool the house down. One window is painted closed. The outlets only have 2 not 3 plugs so no where to plug in anything with 3 which most things have a ground now. We had internet password trouble that was never resolve. For the hardcore fisher, I'd come early spring or later in the fall. for the family that wants to float the river, it's awesome. And the fireflies at night were spectacular. Also when we arrived there were no instructions other than what was in the booklet on the kitchen table about garbage disposal and the codes for the Wi-Fi. Jul 5, 2020 #### Fun at New River Farmhouse Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Location we had a great time fishing in the river and good location for kayaking. We would love to come back again soon. Our last day there we had a very traumatic event happen and my husband was in the hospital most of the night. I called the rental company to ask for a later checkout if possible because he was finally getting some sleep. I do not know the ladies name that I spoke to but she was so very nice and understanding and she told us that was not a problem at all and if there was anything they could do to help just let them know. Thank you so much for you kindness and we will definitely use Stay Blue Ridge again. ##### Lori T.
