The living room, dining area, kitchen and terrace all face south. There is a bedroom with two 80 cm beds (which can be joined to make a 160 cm bed), a sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom with a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, gas and electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer. For sunny days, an electric barbecue is available. You can do your shopping on foot, with shops and a daily market 150 m away. Beach 800 m away, Morgat harbour 2 km away. GR 34 hiking trail to explore the Crozon Peninsula. Private parking space, bike storage. Das Appartement ist gut aufgeteilt, einige Erneuerungen bei der Ausstattung wären angebracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Concierge Nicolas war sehr freundlich und er hat immer sehr schnell reagiert (auch am Wochenende). Uns war im Vorhinein nicht klar, dass eine Kaution hinterlegt werden musste und Strom, Wasser und auch die Endreinigung nicht in der Miete inbegriffen sind und vor Ort abgerechnet werden.
