Enjoy coffee on the back deck or end the day around the backyard fire pit. Only steps from Downtown Crozet, 3 miles to King Family Vineyard and Chiles Orchard and 15 minutes from Charlottesville. Hiking, SUP, biking nearby. Pet-friendly with prior approval. There is a basement apartment with full-time property manager. \---------- LIVING ROOM: Living room with sofa, two chairs, end tables, coffee table, ceiling fan and lamps. There is a wide-screen smart HDTV with Roku and Xfinity for local channels and wireless high-speed internet. KITCHEN: Spacious kitchen outfitted with gas range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Small appliances include toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, dishes, cookware, bakeware and coffee supplies. There is a dresser as well as two closets, stackable washer and dryer and attached bath with shower. FULL BATH: Attached to bedroom with shower enclosure, painted vanity, new light fixture, new mirror, new plumbing fixture. BEDROOM 2: This bedroom features a queen bed with side tables and lamps. BACK YARD: Very open back yard with fire pit. FEATURES: Washer, dryer are located in the closet of the largest bedroom. All beds will be made before you arrive and bath towels will be provided. There is a smart lockbox at the front door. Our property is designed specifically for guests. While we do not live on the property, we are available by phone, email, and iMessage. Our office is located on The Square in Crozet (a short walk) and we live in nearby Sugar Hollow. Located on Carter Street in Crozet, our house is literally steps away from The Square in Crozet where you can find the Mudhouse, Crozet Hardware, Fardowners, Crozet Pharmacy, a library, Piedmont Place, Crozet Bicycle Shop and more. Our house is also within walking distance to Crozet Park with multiple walking trails - paved and unpaved, 2 dog parks, tennis courts, 2 playgrounds, and baseball fields. The house is nice, comfortable, and spacious. The location is great. Crozet is beautiful: quiet, peaceful, and perfect if you love nature. Amy and Russ are great hosts, always taking care of every need. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet, people around are all very friendly.
