It’s started with the welcome at the airport: driver was extremely rude and very unwelcoming not even a sign from the resort. The service at the Resort: 1) No house service after 7\. 2) Extremely basic for a Luxury King Size Room 3) Towels from the sixties(beach towels with holes) not even wash rags available. 4) The compound was very dark and dismal at nights. 4) Had to pay for Airport Transport. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use some refreshing, but they were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and the front desk staff went above and beyond—very friendly and helpful. Overall, the staff were great and made the stay enjoyable.
