There was even a wrapper of some sort on living room floor. The washer was missing a knob to turn the water temperature up or down. The louvers were dripping with black dust from many years of neglect to clean between them in the laundry and furnace closets. I did do some of them, but decided it’s my only vacation and I’m paying a cleaning fee. It was unappetizing to see that in the kitchen area. Other than that the place was pretty clean. We couldn’t use the outside furniture due to mold and dirt. I wiped down one piece and my rag was black. Both front and back porches. Staff was great. We had a few neighborhoods but you couldn't hear them when in the unit. This was a beautiful place to stay and if you're a golfer, you will be in the golf capitol of Tennessee. The unit is part of a timeshare resort, which the property manager indicated prior to our arrival. When we were ask at check-in if we booked with the owner or online, I did as the property manager advised and said I knew the owner. They provided us with the timeframes if we were interested in potential timeshare opportunities but were not pushy about it. ##### Whitney F.
