Could not sleep, noise from interstate was awful! Breakfast was overrun with workers who did not leave much food or seating for other guests. Most terrible overnight I’ve had in a motel!

I hotel hopped for the last month, and this is by far my favorite. Everything was clean with fresh paint, and the room didnt feel like i was confined. Decent TV with cable. The manager is the best part, in my opinion. Very enthusiastic and attentive, and he was ready to help in any way.

We weren't impressed at all. In fact tried to leave after finding soiled area/spots on bedspread. We were upgraded to a "Suite" and ended up staying as it was almost midnight, but weren't much impressed with that either, although the shower was nice. Also, Night Clerk should realize when English isn't his 1st language (thus a very strong accent) ~ when talking through a speaker that isn't very clear... talking Faster when dealing with an issue doesn't help at All. I read the reviews and thought... It can't be that bad. Wish I had taken them more seriously.

Our room smells like cigarettes, the walls are VERY dirty; bloody handprint on the wall? Cigarette burns on blankets and sheets. Bugs in lamp and on ceiling.

The rooms and lobby where very dirty and when we turned on the heater it made the room smell bad. Our first room had the door open already when we got to our room, and was very dirty. we requested a different room and were given one, but the second was only slightly cleaner than the first. both smelled dirty

Will never stay there again! The nozzle on the shower was screwed up, and the staff was not friendly at all. Cleaning people came in while we were gone even though we did not want them in our room. Overall, not a very good experience.

Rooms could use a new coat of paint and I think the red stuff in the tub was rust. Also, there was a lot of noise the 1st night. Sounded like someone dragging a big trunk down the stairs and then lots of voices and then a lot of voices two hours later - almost sounded like employees by the few words I could pick up.

When first arriving to the hotel we. Priced rust throughout the run in the bathroom. We had a reservation for 5 people and the hotel did not have any more pillows and only had 2 spare covers. The floors were so dirty that your feet would turn black after getting wet would turn a towel black. When asking to cancel the second night the hotel refused to refund the additional night. Expedia was not helpful as well in resolving this issue.

We travel quite a bit and this motel would not have been our first choice; however, it was parent's weekend at UT Knoxville and all of the hotel rates were thru the roof. This property is older, but it was clean and the staff was nice. The Cons - it is older and it is obvious, there were 3 of us in a double queen room, but we only had 2 body towels and 2 wash cloths - we asked for additional towels and received pool towels and guess what - they worked as towels lol, the hair dryer didn't get hot, but it dried my hair with cool air, the decorative spreads on the beds had a stain, we pulled them off and didn't use them, there were only 2 pillows per bed, the AC was a bit loud, but it worked. The pros - The AC worked, the room was clean and had hard flooring instead of carpet, the refrigerator was very cold, water was hot in the shower, the sheets were clean, there were no bugs, the parking lot was well lit, there was a small coffee pot, coffee and creamer/suger to get the day started, it was CHEAP in comparison to the neighboring places to stay and worked for us. We have stayed at the nicest hotels in downtown Knoxville and they were about the same on a cleanliness level!

This hotel was NOTHING as to what the picture is. We pulled up took a look and booked at a different hotel. That’s how different and not well taken care of it looked from the outside. Then when we didn’t show, they called me at 11:30pm asking if I was coming.

Got room directly across from ice maker. That plus family with kids coming in late at night made for a lot of noise. The decor looked older, and there were raised dirt marks (like something had been spilled) on floor. One desk attendant was actually quite good, but another seemed more interested in watching a game of cricket on the main lobby tv.

No frills room/motel. The room appeared clean and adequately maintained. The overall facility was in good repair. Staff was friendly and professional. The motel does offer free breakfast but selection was very limited.
