The house is in perfect condition and fully stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed (including sharp knives which is rare in a rental). They have beach chairs and games available for use. The location, while a little further out, is exactly what we wanted. I wanted a place away from the crowd and we got it. It is like having your own private beach. The home owners are great to work with throughout the process. They communicated prior to the trip and helped us arrange a chef one night to come to the house. They are quick to respond and welcoming. If you are considering this house, go for it! It is fantastic! ##### Amanda S. Everything is 5 star. The house is a great set up for families. It is the best stocked VRBO I have ever rented. Andrei and his wife are very attentive and responsive premier hosts. The hosts paid attention to every single detail of the house. Even made arrangements for a fantastic chef evening for our family.
