This is a waterfront property with direct access to a fresh water lake with no child-safe barriers in place. As with any fresh water in the southeast, there’s a strong possibility for alligators in the water. We do not recommend swimming off our dock for this reason. The stay at our Lakehouse is at your own risk. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for any significant damage caused by children (such as drawing on walls or furniture) or pets (such as bathroom waste, excess fur, dug holes, etc) or other guests.
