"Amazing staff. Very welcoming but also not too intrusive when checking in! Check in can be done electronically. Very classy place! Walking distance to so many places, restaurants, etc. Metro is right across the street. Loved this establishment and Will definitely be returning! "

"The property is close to the Bayou concert center, and nice dining options. I really enjoyed this hotel, the staff was very pleasant. And the food and drinks were very good here. My only complaint is the fee for a guest to park for the day. My friend drove 3 hrs to see me, so i didnt want her to drive any when she arrived. I told her to just valet her car here while we went out and about. They charged $32.00 for a few hours."

"I don't have any other comments, my flights were delayed, checked in at 12:30 am and will leave by 6:00am fir my connecting flight. No comments on the property. Night staff that checked me in was wonderful! "
