« This is not a typical b&b. Limited breakfast options , but excellent bread for toasting. Very good coffee machine available all day / night. Room 8;was quite small and lacked any seating However the bedding was white cotton at its best. Managed to park further down the road which was very handy, but two car parks just across the road. Overall there were many plus points but my overriding feeling is that the b&b price is a little too high »

« Very nice accomodation, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Friendly host and a great breakfast with local produce. Conveniently located for Cromer and the coast with lots of decent pubs nearby. »

« Staff were very courteous and accommodating, and gave helpful suggestions about the local area. Breakfast was made to order at our chosen time. Unfortunately, I thought the room looked rather tired and I found the bed quite uncomfortable, with hard ridges across the mattress all the way down. The bathroom in our room was OK but quite small. There were no shelves or anywhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. »

« Whilst the room was relatively clean, it did not resemble the advertised pictures. It was more like a HMO than a ‘hotel’ or ‘B&B’. There is a number lock to enter the building and then another number lock on the bedroom door - no staff. - and more like poor student digs. The room was a Victorian front room converted and the noise from the street kept me awake most of the night. In the morning I was bitten by some smaller occupants of the room!!!
