« No communication via Expedia/VRBO but eventually made contact directly. Issue on arrival with no keys or gate entry and it was pouring with rain. Resolved quickly as another arrival had taken all the keys from box!! Reasonably spacious airy flat in good location close to nightlife and shops (but not riverside or cathedral view as advertised) but close to both. Easy walk into all the amenities in town. Stay would have been better if there had been an information pack with WiFi code and how to...

« The location in the heart of Sheringham is perfect, a short walk to the high street with dedicated parking which is a bonus. The flat is comfortable, was clean & welcoming, shabby chic in style. Little extras like milk, coffee & biscuits were a nice touch. Communication with Angie before we arrived was great and we had all we needed for our short stay. There were just the two of us but the property would easily accommodate a family of 6 comfortably. »

« A great listing. We were two friends in our mid 50s and one 21 year old daughter and loved our stay. A bit of a walk from the train station but if you’re traveling light very doable. The beds were comfy, living room was roomy, and kitchen had the basics to be able to whip up a good breakfast. The upstairs bathroom has no door and it can be quite loud from the bar across the street. Despite that, I would stay here again. The Merchant’s House which is very close has great coffee and toasties. »
