Everything was in close proximity. The Ark was about a 15 minute drive. Travis was an excellent host! Stocked us up with Kcup coffee and tea, as well as snacks for breakfast and on the go. Travis is a great host- very responsive to our questions. The home is well stocked with soaps, shampoos etc and even two kayaks which our grandkids enjoyed a lot! This property was located in a great area between the two. It was as advertised, very clean, and worked great for our needs. They had many extras, including games, tv’s, and game tables. Location is fantastic! The host communicated expectations and check in/check out details well. We had more than enough room for our group of 9\. The kitchen was stocked with seasonings and condiments which we really appreciated. 2 full baths and a half bath made it great for hosting our group and they were stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All in all we really appreciated everything this place had to offer and wouldn’t hesitate to come again! Upon arrival, we found the AC unit wasn’t working properly, (Ridiculously, unseasonably hot weather!) and Travis responded immediately to solve our problem. We relocated to another one of their rental properties, which was superbly clean, very kid friendly, extremely well kept, and a lovely experience!
