The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular partly because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. Available for shared use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. Balcony.

Crikvenica. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
