The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is situated in a holiday home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny location. For shared use, the following are available: terrace and garden furniture.

Crikvenica, district Crikvenica. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartment features city views and is 800 metres from Podvorska Beach and 800 metres from Dog Beach Lučica Podvorska. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, heatable, 6 m x 4 m, 1.5 m deep).
