The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. Available for shared use: parasol, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and courtyard.  
  
**Location**  
Jadranovo. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed forest plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.  
  
**Special**  
Air conditioning, central heating (wood/coal). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.  
  
**Dogs**  
not allowed.  
  
**Distances**  
Shopping 400 m, restaurant 400 m, town centre 150 m. Nightclub, doctor, pharmacy, bank each 7 km in Crikvenica. Thermal bath, indoor pool, sauna each 3 km in Dramalj. River: airport 16 km and railway station 30 km. Railway line 30 km. Main road 100 m. Children's playground 150 m.  
  
**In summer:** Adriatic Sea 500 m in Jadranovo (beach 500 m in Jadranovo with pebbles, stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Jadranovo: dog beach 1300 m, fishing, boat hire, boat mooring each 500 m. Tennis, mini golf, water sports each 800 m. Diving in Selce 10 km.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor and leads directly into the kitchen-diner. **Bedroom** with 1 double bed and 2 cots. **Living/bedroom** with sitting area, TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony (covered). **Kitchen** **in the living & bedroom** with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (induction stove, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. **Bathroom** with bathtub with shower facility, washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
