Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 4-room apartment that spans 80 square meters and is located on the ground floor. The living/dining area features a sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with access to the terrace. One bedroom has a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long) and an exit to the terrace. The remaining two bedrooms each have a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long). The open kitchen is equipped with one hot plate, an oven, a dishwasher, three gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There are two separate shower/toilet rooms.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. Air conditioning is available at an extra cost, while the unit does not have a heating option. You can enjoy outdoor relaxation on the 12 square meter terrace or the two 25 square meter terraces, which are furnished with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs. A washing machine is provided for your convenience. Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the property.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. However, one pet or dog is permitted. The apartment features a private entrance, allowing you to come and go as you please. The maximum occupancy for this unit is seven guests.
