On 65 m² there is enough space for up to five people - perfect for families, couples or small groups. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with double beds as well as a spacious living and dining area with an additional sofa bed. A practical kitchenette with refrigerator, stove and all important utensils is available to you, as is a modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Highlight is the private balcony with table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea – a perfect place for morning coffee or sunset. WiFi, air conditioning and SAT-TV provide additional modern comfort. The house comes with a well-maintained outdoor area with a pool, sun terrace, loungers and umbrellas. A barbecue area and a small playground with a swing, slide and sandpit are also available. A private parking space is located directly on the property.
