This cosy apartment in Klanfara near Crikvenica is ideal for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxing holiday on the Adriatic. It is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained apartment building with a magnificent sea view and access to a lovingly designed garden with shady seating areas, a sun terrace and a small pond with goldfish. The beach is only about 700 m away, and parking spaces are available free of charge directly at the house.   
  
The apartment offers space for up to 4 people on 30 m² and is comfortably equipped. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed, an open living area with a dining table, and a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests. The modern kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, and all essential cooking utensils. An air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures on hot summer days, while SAT-TV and Wi-Fi provide entertainment.   
  
From the living area, you can access the private terrace with sea view – a beautiful place to start the day with breakfast outdoors or enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings in the evening. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and a private washing machine. Towels and bed linen are included in the price.   
  
In the communal garden, you can use the barbecue area or the traditional Croatian barbecue hut (Komin) and spend cosy hours. Pets are welcome upon request, up to three animals are allowed.
